*Food Vendors Must have applicable license from DOH. *Vendor are responsible for their own canopy, chairs, table, etc.. *Set up must be complete by 10:30 on the day of and gone by 6:00 P.M.. *Vendors with canopies must have at least 30# weight per legs.
LGBTQ will have event insurance, but Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend and hold harmless LGBTQ Grant County, its owners, representatives, and against from and against any damages, claims or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendors use of the site and attendance at the event. If mailing via USPS make sure all pertinent items are filled out and make check payable to LGBTQ Grant County. Our mailing address is Po Box 2048 Silver City, NM 88062 The undersigned represents that the Vendor information is true and correct, the undersigned is authorized to sign this document, and the Vendor agrees to all terms and conditions.
