For the next few days, you can still advertise in the new version of the Rainbow Pages. This will be a newly updated directory of LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly businesses and services in Southwest New Mexico. By listing in the Rainbow Pages, you will be opening your doors to new clients who will learn about you from both the printed directory and our online directory.
Prices are $15 for a directory listing, $35 for a quarter page, $50 for a 1/2 page, $75 for a 3/4 page and $100 for a full page. Inside the front and back covers will be $200 and the back page will be $250 (back page is no longer available). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Please be prepared to get your ad copy to us by early January.
LGBTQ Grant County is asking our supporters to consider making donations to us in your end-of-the-year nonprofit contributions. You can mail a check to: LGBTQ Grant County, P.O. Box 2480, Silver City, NM 88062
Or, you can come by our office during office hours, on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. The office is located at 211B North Texas Street, next to Lois Duffy’s studio. (We are not against receiving online donations, but we have had severe difficulties getting PayPal to function despite much time and energy).
Please support us and help us keep doing this good work!
Thanks to contributors, crafters and our crew of dedicated decorators (try saying that 3 times!), the LGBTQ Grant County Christmas Agave Stalk is now ready to join our community’s Festival of the Trees! The Festival of the Trees will be open Dec 8 – Dec 10 (and again the following weekend, December 14-17) the old Curious Kumquat restaurant, 111 E College Ave in downtown Silver City. The grand opening is Thursday, December 14th from 5-9pm and there will be free rides on the Holiday Inn Express vintage fire truck to the Victorian Christmas at the Silver City Museum.
